1. Customer details: Name of the primary contact, phone number and email. 
2. Date and time: Please write the start and end times of your trip.
3. Pickup location: 
4. Destination: The final destination and any stops you'd like to make along the way. 
5. Number of passengers (so we can select an appropriately sized car or bus):
6. Bus type: which type of bus would you prefer - a minibus, coach, or luxury bus (referred to as a 'limousine' in Vietnam).
7. Itinerary:  If there's a specific route or itinerary you'd like to travel.
8. Special requests (such as wheelchair accessibility, multilingual guides, catering services):
9. Duration: How long do you plan to use the bus for (as this affects pricing)?
10. Payment method: bank transfer, card or online payment? 
11. Insurance: do you require insurance for your journey?

We will provide you with the contact details of the driver and our team will support you during your trip.

4-6 days: 50% return
1-3 days: No refund 

For a 45 seater bus:
10+ days in advance: 90% return
6-9 days: 50% return
1- 5 days: No refund
